What changes when you upgrade
Do I lose my free studies when I upgrade?
No. Premium is additive — every free study you already use stays exactly where it is. Premium just unlocks the flagship suite, chartbooks, and the full Discord on top.
What happens after the first quarter / first month?
Premium renews automatically at the standard rate — $659/quarter or $249/month. Cancel anytime before renewal and you won't be charged again. If you cancel, you drop back to your free studies — you don't lose those.
How do I cancel?
Three ways: account login, Discord help desk, or email support@orderflowlabs.com. No retention call, no hoops.
Do I need to reinstall anything?
No reinstall. Same platform, same login — Premium delivers the additional studies and the pre-built chartbook to the account you already have. Load the Premium chartbook and the new studies are there.
Will Premium work with my prop firm (Apex, Bulenox, Tradeify, Lucid)?
Yes — OFL is a study suite that runs on your charting platform. As long as your prop firm supports Sierra Chart, NinjaTrader, MotiveWave, or EdgeProX (most do), Premium works on top of whatever data feed and execution platform you're using.
Why is the first period discounted?
You've already used the free studies, so you know what OFL is. The first-period price is there so trying the full suite is an easy yes. If Premium is worth $659/quarter after three months, you keep it. If not, cancel and keep your free studies. That's the deal.
Can I switch platforms later?
Yes. The subscription stays the same — we just deliver the studies for your new platform. Ping support in Discord or by email.
I'm on Mac or Linux — does Premium run there?
Pick MotiveWave (Windows / Mac / Linux native) or EdgeProX (Mac compatible, runs on the MotiveWave engine). Premium also adds MotiveWave 7 support, which the free tier doesn't include. Sierra Chart and NinjaTrader are Windows-only.
