Yes, we allow OFL tools to be installed on up to two machines per user. If you're upgrading or switching devices, no problem—just open a help ticket in our Discord and send us the new machine ID. We’ll get it updated for you quickly and at no extra cost.

Subscriptions reoccur monthly, on the same day of month you signed up. You can adjust your future billing dates by contacting support in the #help-desk channel. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting support.

Yes, your subscription includes any future new study releases. We have released 12 new studies since our launch in July 2021. We are die-hard traders and are constantly refining our current work and developing new ways to break down the auction.
Our discord server has instructional content with screenshots, written documentation and detailed videos. To make things even easier, we provide pre-built chartbooks (Sierra Charts) and workspaces (NinjaTrader) with optimal settings for various markets. Finally, we have a discord channel to share ideas and ask questions of the OFL team and community members.
Our studies work on the most popular futures markets, individual stocks, and Bitcoin. Within our discord, we provide pre-built chartbooks and optimal settings for ES/NQ/RTY/CL/GC/UB/BTC. If you are interested in other markets, we can help you dial in the optimal settings.
No. While we do not offer a free trial period, we do offer in-depth videos and public webinars on our discord channel where you can see the tools in action first-hand. Also with our Free tools you can test out just a small sample of tools that we offer.
