Leo
Trader
Leo started his trading journey with options mainly through options data/flow tools, after getting tired of trying to find the next mover and carrying overnight risk he then found the futures market. His focus is now mostly on ES and NQ. HIs favorite OF Labs study is the buy and sell zones because they help automate the process of finding areas where the pullback in the market give you tbe best risk/reward to take the contuation trade.

Job
Trader
Job began a journey into the world of trading nearly 10 years ago by means of individual stocks. After being introduced to futures, he turned his focus toward ES and NQ intraday trading. Primarily focusing on the morning RTH session and occasional ETH hours, what he and the other individuals developed give the freedom of sitting down during hours of choice. His favorite OrderFlow Labs studies are the Job Pinch and the Exhaustion Absorption Detector.

Cap
Trader
Cap was introduced to trading through selling option premium before moving to futures. He started trading ES but now primarily trades NQ, CL and UB focusing on the morning RTH session. Cap views trading as a way to pursue financial independence and maximize flexibility. His favorite OrderFlow Labs studies are the Job Pivot and the Exhaustion Absorption Detector.

Fleri
Trader
Fleri began trading on the early crypto exchanges and with mid cap stocks before shifting his focus to futures and intraday trading. His work on ES, NQ, RTY, CL and UB is rooted in Market Auction Theory and tracking market participants through pattern recognition and confluence of Price Action and Order Flow. Fleri approaches his trading day by coming to the open with a plan of execution-able areas for the auction to potential seek value while utilizing Order Flow and Price Action to capitalize on intraday rotations. His favorite OrderFlow Labs study is Session Delta Pivots...the SDP levels offer an opportunity to lean into pullbacks and anticipate initiation from previous aggressive auctions while providing ranges for larger rotations.

Kory
Trader/Coder
Kory got into trading when he received his first shares of MSFT in 1990 when he took his first job out of college. He primarily trades NQ and ES. His trading day is typically on the RTH open for the first couple hours, watching the middle of the day, and looking for setups at the close of RTH. His favorite OrderFlow Labs studies are all of them because each gives insight into different aspects of the market, and perhaps his favorite combo is the Job Pinch with a EAD with Buy Side Initiation.
